Alex S. Horvath

Alex S. Horvath, P. Eng., Project Manager
Alex Horvath is a 1982 graduate in Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto and a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario since 1988. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining’s National Branch and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Mr. Horvath has wide-ranging experience in domestic and international base and precious metals exploration and mining. He presently offers geoscience services to the exploration and mining industry and sits on the board of junior mineral exploration companies. Mr. Horvath has been continuously employed in the mining exploration business for over 27 years, and for the last seven years as an independent technical advisor to many junior and mid-tier gold and base metal mining companies. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Horvath was employed by Asarco Incorporated in New York, where he held several positions. From 1982 to 1995, he was employed in Toronto by Asarco Exploration Co. of Canada, attaining the position of senior staff geologist.
