Claude Poulin

Claude Poulin has been a director of the Company since December 1999. Mr. Poulin is a chartered accountant and income tax specialist, with over 30 years of professional experience. From 1979 to 1998, he held a number of positions in the income tax department of KPMG in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Since 1998, Mr. Poulin has worked as an independent consultant in strategic planning, finance, accounting and tax planning with companies in the resource sector.
