Julie Godard

Julie Godard has been the Corporate Secretary of Orex Exploration since 1989. Ms. Godard is a lawyer and a member of the Quebec Bar and has practised corporate law, as well as mining and securities law, for over 20 years. From 1986 to 1991, she worked with the law firm of Bélanger Barrette in Rouyn-Noranda, and since then as an independent lawyer.
