Louis A.-Lapointe

Louis A.-Lapointe has been a director of Orex Exploration since October 2007. Mr. Lapointe is also president of Power Split International and Matador Trading Risk Management Inc. He was involved in 2000 in the initial public offering of Neptune Technologies and Bioressources and served as marketing director for two years. In 2003-2004, Mr. Lapointe was also a consultant and served on the management committee of Jitney Trade, an online brokerage firm. In 1997, he obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a minor in economics from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
